A lady of the sea
"The Wild Goose" was made when boats were made well by hand; her glass is laid thick to make for a solid and strong boat.
The design of this era Morgan is unlike the more modern Morgans in that she is long and sleek with classic lines. As the boat was designed for off shore racing, she has true sailing ability in all conditions. She moves easily in light winds as well as sailing strongly to windward, even under jib alone.
